About

Welcome to the Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to the preservation of health and the relief of sickness in children and young adults. Our mission is to work closely with our partners, including the Teenage Cancer Trust and various local Children's Hospital Wards across the West Midlands, to fund essential medical equipment, refurbish wards, and provide community support care. We believe in making a tangible difference in our community, and we invite you to join us in our efforts to create a better environment for those in need.

At the core of our ethos is the commitment to support young lives during their most challenging times. The Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust not only funds the development of specialist wards but also supports a dedicated team of Youth Support Coordinators and expert nurses who provide both clinical and emotional care. We understand that for teenagers facing cancer, the experience can be particularly daunting, and we strive to create spaces where they can receive the care they need in a supportive environment tailored just for them.

Our work extends to six local Children's Hospital Wards, where we invest in vital projects and equipment to ensure that young patients receive the best care possible close to home. From the Cheethams Children's Ward at the Royal Stoke University Hospital to the Children's Ward at Hereford County Hospital, we are committed to enhancing the healthcare experience for children and young adults in our community.

Daisychain Benevolent Fund Trust also operates a chain of shops that play a crucial role in raising funds for our initiatives. By transforming unwanted items into vital medical services, we ensure that every little bit counts. We welcome you to get involved, whether by donating, volunteering, or participating in fundraising events. Together, we can bring about positive change and support those who need it most.
