Ashbrook Community Centre is located in Borrowash, Derby, and serves as a hub for local residents of the Parish of Ockbrook and Borrowash. The Centre offers a variety of facilities for community activities and events, making it a valuable resource for people of all ages. Since December 2023, it has been self-funding through bookings, allowing for ongoing improvements and refurbishments to enhance the space.
The outdoor area surrounding the Centre has been thoughtfully developed, featuring indigenous tree planting and wildflower gardens, which contribute to the local environment and provide a pleasant setting for visitors. The Centre is managed by a group of five Trustees who are dedicated to maintaining and improving the venue for community use.
